At VR, we process and ship all orders directly from our own inventory.

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
• Standard shipping times within Canada are 2–7 business days
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
• Shipping delays caused by Canada Post, UPS, or other carriers are outside of our control
